Men’s Basketball (2005-07)
Earned second-team All-WAC honors in 2007… was also one of 17 finalists for the Bob Cousy Award, which is given to the top point guard in the nation… was also named the 2005 WAC Freshman of the Year... helped Nevada to Western Athletic Conference championships and NCAA Tournament appearances in each of his three seasons at Nevada from 2004-07… averaged 12.3 points and 4.7 assists per game in 2007… led the Wolf Pack in assists in each of his three years at Nevada and finished his career ranked second in the Nevada career record book with 478 assists… started 94 of 97 career games at point guard at Nevada before leaving school after his junior year to enter the NBA Draft… was taken by the Milwaukee Bucks with the 56th overall pick in the 2007 NBA Draft… has played 11 seasons in the NBA with the Bucks, Minnesota Timberwolves, Cleveland Cavaliers, Los Angeles Lakers, Charlotte Bobcats, Sacramento Kings, Washington Wizards and Charlotte Hornets… has remained active in the Reno community, returning each year to host a basketball camp… has also made the lead donation for Nevada’s basketball practice facility in the Lombardi Rec Center.
