Track & Field (1992-94)
Enoch Borozinski won the NCAA championship in the decathlon in 1994, only a few weeks after it was announced that the university was dropping the men’s track and field program. The Scottsdale, Ariz., native was named Big West Conference Male Track and Field Athlete of the Year in 1994 and earned a bronze medal in the 1993 Olympic Festival. As a volunteer assistant coach at Nevada following the end of his competitive career, Borozinkski helped develop a number of notable female track standouts, including Big West Conference heptathlon champions Ali McKnight and Janel Chandler.Â
