Football (1983-86)
A swift, powerful linebacker from 1983-86, Henry Rolling was a first-team All-Big Sky selection in 1985-86. He earned first-team Associated Press All-American and Kodak All-American honors in 1986. A member of Nevada’ Team of the Century, Rolling recorded a team-high 14 sacks in 1986 while helping lead the Wolf Pack to an undefeated regular season and the nation’s Division I-AA No. 1 ranking. He played in the East-West Shrine Game at Stanford, Calif., in 1986. The Reno native was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fifth round of the 1987 NFL Draft and enjoyed a 10-year NFL career with the Buccaneers, San Diego Chargers and Los Angeles Rams.Â
