Football & Basketball (1920-24)
Noble Waite played on both Nevada’s football and basketball teams in the 1920s, including starring as Nevada's center on the court. After a Hall of Fame career at Nevada, Waite coached multiple-sport state titles at Fallon in the 1920s. Waite’s football team won the school’s first-ever state championship in 1923, and he also guided both the boys’ and girls’ basketball programs to state titles.
