SAN FRANCISCO - The Nevada Men's Golf team completed play at The Goodwin Saturday afternoon, finishing the event in 28th place after recording a combined score of 877 (+37).
Peyton Callens led the way for the Pack throughout the event, and the reigning champ finished in a tie for 48th overall on the final leaderboard. Callens carded a four-over-par 70 in the final round, bringing his 54-hole score to 214 (+4). Callens accumulated two birdies and 11 pars throughout the third round.
Trey Davis finished off the tournament in excellent fashion, recording a 68 (-2) in the third and final round. The 68 marked the lowest single-round score of any Pack player throughout the tournament.
Teeing off on the back-nine, Davis started off the round strong, sinking a birdie on the first hole he played. Davis then earned six straight pars before picking up a bogey on the 17th hole. He responded with seven consecutive pars before securing a birdie on the par-4 7th hole and another one on the final hole of the round.
The 68 brought Davis' three-day score to 221 (+11), placing him in a tie for 111th.
Keita Okada finished third in the Nevada lineup and tied for 117th overall with a 54-hole score of 222 (+12). Okada shot 76 (+6) on Saturday to close out the event.
Alex Maxwell carded a 79 (+9) in the final round of the tournament, and he finished in a tie for 146th with a three-round score of 226 (+16).
Connor Motherway rounded out the Pack lineup, recording a 76 (+6) on the final day of the event to finish in 152nd in the individual standings with a 54-hole score of 229 (+19).
Competing as an individual participant, Tom Patterson shot 75 (+5) in the third round of The Goodwin. He finished the tournament tied for 117th with a three-round score of 222 (+12).

Nevada will have a short break before returning to the course on Monday, April 11 when they are slated to head to Columbia, Missouri to compete at the Tiger Collegiate Invitational, hosted by the University of Missouri.
