SAMMAMISH, Wash. – The Nevada men's golf team played one and a half rounds of golf today to start the Husky Invitational before the second round was postponed due to darkness.
The teams endured a two-hour fog delay this morning, which delayed the start of the first round and caused the second round to be called. The 12 teams will finish the second round and immediately tee off for the final round following the conclusion of round two. Nevada currently sits in third place in the 6-count-5 scoring format at 26-over par. Tournament host Washington paces the field at 6-over.

Joey Vrzich is currently in second place in the 76-player field, just one shot off the individual lead. He was the only player in the field to shoot under par in the first round, finishing with a 2-under 69 at the difficult Aldarra Golf Club. He has three holes remaining in the second round.
The Wolf Pack has two others inside the top 10 as juniors
