El Macero, Calif. - Nevada played 18 holes on day two of the El Macero Classic Saturday, carding a 296 (+8), same as round one, but moving two places up the leaderboard.Â
The best round for the day came from
Supakit (Oak) Seelanagae, who posted a one under-par 71, that included five birdies, two bogies and a double. Seelanagae's hot round moved him 24 spots up the leaderboard, into 18th, in position for a good finish, with a solid round tomorrow.
Following Seelanagae on the birdie front was
Aaron Leach who made six birdies en route to a 73 (+1), moving him up 17 spots, into 56th. Leach had a hot run of four birdies in a five hole stretch, and will look for more of that spark in tomorrow's final round.Â
Jonathan Kim and
Ben Ortwein were the last two counting rounds for the Pack, both posting four over-par 76's that included four birdies and three birdies respectively. Kim sits in 77th, whilst Ortwein sits in 44th.
Rounding out the Pack was
Liam Gobin who posted a round two 78 (+6) that included a lone birdie. Gobin sits in 44th and will look for more birdies and a cleaner card in tomorrow's final round.Â
The Pack will be back tomorrow for the final round of the El Macero Classic and will look to keep moving up the leaderboard.Â
