Palm Springs, Calif. - The Pack returned to PGA West for the second round of The Prestige today.
Ben Ortwein led the way for the Wolf Pack, only recording one bogey on the day, supplemented by four birdies. His three under-par 68 helped Ortwein jump over 40 spots up the leaderboard to 31st, setting himself up for a good finish with a good round tomorrow.
Supakit (Oak) Seelanagae matched yesterday's 72 (+1) in round two, playing very solid golf, recording 15 pars, one birdie and two bogies, placing him in 52nd. One stroke behind Seelanagae was
Aaron Leach at +3. Leach made four birdies in round two to post a 73 (+2) to place him in 57th (72-73=145).
Rounding out the Pack were
Liam Gobin and
Jonathan Kim. Gobin struggled in round two, posting a 77, whilst
Jonathan Kim posted a round of 80, which included one birdie.
The Pack are back tomorrow for the final round of The Prestige.
In The Prestige Individual Tournament,
Rishi Gupta followed his first round 75 up with a 78 that included three birdies.
Ryan Sear posted an 87 in round two following his first round 78.
