Ben Ortwein posted his best round of the tournament with a -4 (67), including an eagle and four birdies offset by two bogies, a great comeback round, on Tuesday's final round of the Alister Mackenzie at Meadow Club, as Nevada Men's Golf closed out their third event of the season.Â
The Pack finished tied for 13th in the 15 team field, finishing at -13 (286,274,279=839).
The best performance for the tournament came fromÂ
Supakit (Oak) Seelanagae, who played all three rounds under par, posting -8 (70-65-70=205) leaving him in a tie for 31st. Seelanagae was closely followed by
Aaron Leach, who played solid all tournament with 12 birdies and an eagle on the tournament. Leach finished in a tie for 41st at -5 (72-67-69=208).Â
Next best for the Pack was
Jonathan Kim, who like Leach had 12 birdies on the tournament, but struggled in the last round to finish in a tie for 73rd at +2 (69-71-75=215). Right behind Kim was
Ben Ortwein who played a fantastic closing round of -4 (67) to finish at +3 (75-74-67=216).Â
Rounding out the Pack was
Liam Gobin who posted rounds of 81-71-73=225 to finish at +12.Â
