Leadership & Golf Collegiate Championship hosted by St Mary's and Seattle

Monterey, Calif. - Nevada Men's Golf kicked off the Leadership & Golf Collegiate Championship with 18 holes today, finishing the first round in 7th.

The Wolf Pack sit in 7th in the 14-team field after posting a team score of 291 (+3) in Monday's first round. 

Jonathan Kim led the way for the Wolf Pack in round one, posting a one under-par round of 71, which included five birdies and four bogies. The Pack stayed around the middle of the leaderboard all day, and hope to chase the leaders tomorrow. Tied at +1 were Supakit (Oak) Seelanagae and Aaron Leach. 

Rounding out the Pack's starting five were Ben Ortwein, who posted 74 (+2) and Liam Gobin, who shot 79 (+7). 

Playing as an individual, Sloan Henggeler posted a 81 (+9)

The Pack are back tomorrow for Tuesday's second round.
