RENO, Nev. – Nevada Softball is thrilled to announce the addition of three outstanding transfers to the 2025-26 season: Karolyn Glover, Rylie Haith, and Talia Tretton. Each player brings their own unique strengths and proven success at the collegiate level that will strengthen the Pack's competitive edge.
 
Karolyn Glover (Catcher) / Reno, Nev. / Edward C. Reed HS/ Louisiana Tech University – Reno native and product of Reed High School, Karolyn Glover returns home to suit up for the Wolf Pack after a season at Louisiana Tech. Glover brings a competitive edge and a sense of hometown pride to the Nevada roster. She posted a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage with 27 putouts and three assists. Of the 26 games this past season, Glover started in 24 of those behind the plate. For the Lady Techsters, she batted .240 with a .333 on-base percentage and driving in nine RBIs. Her familiarity with the atmosphere will make her a natural fit as she follows the footsteps of her older sister with the Pack.
 
Hayward on Glover: "We are excited to bring Karolyn Glover back home to Nevada. She brings experience behind the dish, maturity, leadership, and the ability to contribute right away. Karolyn is a high-level catcher with a great feel for the game, and she plays with an intensity and edge that will elevate our program on and off the field. She knows what it takes to win and will be a key piece of our roster for the next two years."
 
Rylie Haith (OF) / Meridian, Ida. / Owyhee HS / Utah Tech University – As an outfielder from Meridian, Idaho, Haith appeared in all 46 games and started in 38 during her freshman year at Utah Tech. She earned these starts while playing four different positions for the Trailblazers. Haith earned a .302 batting average, delivered nine extra-base-hits, including three home runs and two triples, and was ranked seventh on her team in hits with 29. She also earned Academic All-WAC honors. Known for her left-handed bat and strong defensive capabilities, Haith is expected to make a splash in the outfield unit.
 
Hayward on Haith: "We're excited to welcome Rylie Haith to Nevada Softball. Rylie is a proven competitor who brings a rare blend of power, discipline, and defensive versatility to our lineup. She was one of the top hitters in the WAC as a freshman and has the tenacity it takes to become an elite hitter at this level.  She brings championship experience from her time at Owyhee High School in Idaho, and we know she's someone who will help raise the standard and be a great fit in our culture."
 
Talia Tretton (Pitcher / 1B) / Gardnerville, Nev. / Douglas HS/ University of Iowa – Hometown standout from Gardnerville, Nev., Tretton is a sophomore transfer from the University of Iowa. In her freshman season 10-9 with two saves and a 3.32 ERA. Tretton struck out 97 batters in 122.1. She has a very decorated background as she was named Nevada State Gatorade Player of the Year twice and three-time Northern Region Player of the Year. Tretton's dual-threat capability makes her a valuable asset on the mound and in the batter's box.
