Reno, Nev. – Nevada softball announces promotional schedule for 2022 home season.
 
Season Long Promotions:
 
All season long, fans can treat themselves with $2 Tuesdays! Hot Dogs will be available each home Tuesday for the low price of $2. For each weekend series, on Friday's Nevada fans will have a chance to win an exclusive Nevada softball sweatshirt during the 5^th inning!! Saturday's the first 25 fans will receive Nevada sunglasses!! Sundays, kids 12 and under are invited to run the bases after the game.
  
Game by Game Promotion Breakdown
 
The Pack opens their home schedule vs Saint Mary's, on Tuesday, March 22^nd at 1 p.m. The double-header game will be our welcome back to Hixson, where fans will have a chance to take a first look at the 2022 Nevada softball team, pick up the team poster, and meet and great with the players.
 
Nevada will open home conference play when they host Boise State for a three-game series March 25-27^th. It's our Alumni Association Weekend, and all Nevada Alumni are encouraged to come out and support the pack! On Saturday, all fans can pick up an autographed Nevada softball poster!
 
For the second mid-week double-header of the season, the Pack will face Sacramento State on April 6^th, with first pitch scheduled for 1 p.m.!
 
Our April 8^th-10^th series vs San Jose state will be important weekend for the Pack! Friday April 8^th vs San Jose State will be the Pack's stand up to cancer game, Saturday April 9^th is our Salute to Service Day, where we will salute and honor current and former military members for Veterans Day. All current and former veterans will receive a discounted ticket, either with a promo code online or with proper ID at the box office. Lastly on April 10^th, its Disney Day at Hixson! Fans are encouraged to dress as their favorite Disney characters, and sing along to the Disney themed walk-up songs!
 
Returning to the Hixson Park on April 22^nd, the Pack will host New Mexico from 22^nd-24^th. On Friday, we encourage fans to blue out Hixson park by wearing their favorite blue Nevada shirt. On Saturday, girl scout troops will get a free popcorn or drink voucher with ticket purchase. Sunday's game will be our Pride game, with more details to be announced on that as we get closer. Autographed posters will also be available all series long.
 
For our final home series, the Nevada will host current Mountain West champion Fresno State from May 6^th-8^th. We will start the weekend of celebrations, by celebrating our all of our Wolf Pack softball season ticket holders on Friday. Saturday is Greek day, where on campus Greek life will come out and support the pack. Finally on Sunday, fans will have the last chance to cheer and celebrate our seniors for their last home game of the season.
