NEVADA WELCOMES WASHINGTON STATE IN HOME-OPENING SERIES
Nevada will bring its 6-1 record, its best start to a season since 2015, back home to Don Weir Field at Peccole Park when it hosts Washington State this weekend ... Slated to be played in Pullman, Wash., the series was moved to Reno due to inclement weather in the Washington State area ... The three-game series will be played Thurs-Sat with 1 p.m. start times each day ... John Ramey will broadcast the game on Thursday and Alex Margulies will have the call for the Wolf Pack on 94.1 FM/1450 AM on Friday and Saturday, with an internet-only broadcast slated for Saturday ... Thursday and Friday's contests will be live streamed on the Mountain West Network ... Nevada will head to Phoenix, Ariz. to battle Grand Canyon on Wednesday at 5 p.m. with John Ramey on the call with an internet-only broadcast ... The contest will be streamed on YouTube ...
