Junior, Kenzi Goins from the softball team has been selected as the April Student-Athlete of the Month. The Sparks, Nev. native is currently studying Human Development and Family Studies while minoring in Community Health Science and is in the process of adding Addiction Treatment Services as an additional minor. The Spring 2018 Academic All-Mountain West team member has compiled at least a 3.54 GPA over the last two semesters and has a 3.31 cumulative GPA. Also a member of SAAC at Nevada, Goins volunteers at a local preschool and has aspirations to pursue a career in social work after her time at Nevada.
