Men’s tennis junior Kostya Nesterenko has been named the University of Nevada Student-Athlete of the Month for December.
A native of Kiev, Ukraine, Nesterenko is currently majoring in accounting, finance and information systems, and has compiled a 3.98 GPA. Nesterenko hopes to work in finance for a Fortune 500 company after graduation. He has been selected to the College of Business dean’s list for consecutive semesters since Fall of 2016, academic all-conference team in 2016-17 and Mountain West Scholar-Athlete in those same years.
