Nevada women’s basketball junior Amaya West has been selected as the December Wolf Pack Student-Athlete of the Month.
 
The Mesa, Ariz. native currently holds a 3.739 cumulative GPA and is majoring in finance. Amaya hopes to finish her undergraduate degree within three years and plans to begin the MBA program. Her ultimate goal is to become a financial planner.
 
Amaya is an active member on SAAC and continues to post one of the highest GPA’s on her team every semester.
