She placed third (1-under par) at the Rose City Collegiate this past fall and helped the team to a third place finish as well. Individually, Khoo has placed in the top 15 in all of the tournaments in the spring semester. In February, she made an eagle on the par 4 15th at the Rebel Beach Invitational.
Khoo, a native of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is currently pursuing her undergraduate degree in ecohydrology and plans to graduate this spring. Outside of school and athletics, Khoo works as a volunteer in two labs on campus - an aquatic ecosystem analysis lab under Dr. Sudeep Chandra and a wetland biogeochemistry lab under Dr. Jerry Qualls. She plans on continuing her education in graduate studies to explore the terrestrial-aquatic interface from a biogeochemical perspective.
