RENO, Nev. -Â Nevada Skiing heads into the RMISA Championships Friday and Saturday at Bridger Bowl in Bridger, Montana.
The final Slalom RMISA Alpine Qualifier will now be held Thursday, with the conference championships schedule is set for Slalom races to commence Friday, with GIant Slalom set for Saturday.
The Wolf Pack heads into the event with multiple skiers aiming to capitalize on these final runs and put themselves into position for an invitation to the 2026 National Collegiate Skiing Championships, set for March 11-14 with alpine events at the Spencer F. Eccles Olympic Mountain Center at the Utah Olympic Park.
On the women's side,
Erica Lynch sits tied for fifth among RMISA skiers on the Giant Slalom NCAA qualification points table, and tied for seventh in Slalom. Lynch has finished in the top-10 in five of her six Giant Slalom races this season, including a podium finish of third at the Utah Invitational earlier this week. In Slalom, she has posted four top-10 finishes, including two fifth-place efforts, heading into the RMISA Championships.
Peyton Wells paces the Wolf Pack men, sitting tied for 10th in qualification points in the Slalom with a top finish of sixth at the Nevada Invitational. In Giant Slalom,
David Morken is 12th, with top-10 finishes in each of his last three outings.
