Nevada Skiiing opens 2026 season in Colorado

RENO, Nev. - Nevada Skiing opens the 2026 season next Monday through Thursday in Colorado, competing in the Denver Invitational and Colorado Spencer James Nelson Memorial Invitational.

The Wolf Pack will travel between Loveland and Aspen for competition. Slalom races will take place Monday, January 12 (Denver Invitational) and Tuesday, January 13 (Colorado Invitational) from Loveland Ski Area, while Giant Slalom races will take place Wednesday, January 14 (Denver Invitational) and Thursday, January 15 (Colorado Invitational) from Aspen Highlands.

The Wolf Pack's 2026 schedule is highlighted by hosting the Nevada Invitational at Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe Saturday-Tuesday, January 31-February 3. The four-day event will feature RMISA Alpine Qualifiers in Slalom (January 31) and Giant Slalom (February 2) with Invitational Slalom and Giant Slalom races set for Feb. 1 and 3.

After competing at the Utah Invitational from Feb. 22-24, the Wolf Pack will head to Bridger, Montana for the 2026 RMISA Championships. National qualifiers will compete at the 2026 NCAA Skiing Championships March 11-14 in Bridger.
