Corvallis, OR. - The Nevada Track and Field distance runners competed at the distance carnival section of the Oregon State High Performance Friday. 

Nevada's distance squad delivered another strong weekend, posting four personal bests in competition.

In the 1500m, Madelyn Shipman led the way with a 19th-place finish with a time of 4:34.68. Skylar Bennett also competed, running a 4:49.85 to finish 55th.

The 3000m steeplechase featured multiple strong showings from the Pack. Natalia Martino placed sixth with a personal-best 10:30.49, finishing 6th, followed by Paulina Hultberg in 12th with a PR of 10:55.45. In the other section of the steeple, Natalie Roberts claimed first place with a personal-best time of 11:09.08.

Aubrey Thompson rounded out Friday competition in the 5000m, placing 14th in 17:30.59 for another personal best.

Nevada Track and Field is back in action tomorrow for the OSU High Performance and Fresno State Invite.
