Reno, Nev - Lilly Urban has won the Mountain West Field Athlete of the Week for her Javelin performance at the Hornet Invitational, while Kaja Maltaric has earned Mountain West Freshman of the Week following her performance in the Triple Jump.

Lilly Urban won the Javelin competition at the Hornet Invitational in dominating fashion, throwing 52.56m, a mark that breaks a 19 year-old Nevada school record. As a result of this throw, Urban sits 8th in the NCAA for Javelin and is the #1 ranked Sophomore in the NCAA.

Kaja Maltaric set a PR of 12.12m to place 6th in the Triple Jump competition at the Hornet Invitational, this mark moves her to #5 in school history for Triple Jump. Maltaric sits as the #13 ranked Freshman in the NCAA for Triple Jump. 

The Pack will be back in competition April 3rd as the respective event groups will split up between the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, Brutus Hamilton Multi Event and the Stanford/SF State Invite.
