RENO, Nev. — Nevada Swimming & Diving kicked off its 2025–26 campaign with a dominant performance and packed stands, hosting Cal State East Bay at Lombardi Pool for the first annual "Reno PACKs The Pool" meet. The Wolf Pack won 12 of 13 events, finishing with a decisive 174–67 victory in front of an energized crowd.
Before the first whistle, fans joined a lively tailgate at 9 a.m., where they met student-athletes, collected autographs, and posed for photos at a themed booth. After the meet, Nevada hosted a swim clinic for kids, followed by a spirited 25-yard freestyle shootout, giving young swimmers a chance to race alongside Pack athletes.
