RENO, Nev. - The Nevada Women's Golf program and Head Coach Kathleen Takaishi have unveiled their full tournament schedule for the 2024-25 season.  

"I am really looking forward to this season," said Takaishi. "I am excited for the potential that our team has, and I am intrigued to see our roster in action. We have put together a challenging schedule this season that should prepare us to compete for a conference title and a spot in the NCAA Regionals." 

The Pack is coming off another successful season in which they compiled five top-five finishes, including two top-three finishes. Nevada also recorded their best all-time 54-hole score at the 2024 Mountain West Championships, as they placed fifth at the event to conclude the season. 

The Pack will commence the 2024-25 season in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as they are set to compete at the 2024 Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational, hosted by the University of New Mexico at the University of New Mexico Golf Course. The event is slated to begin on Monday, September 9 and conclude the following day.  

Nevada is then scheduled to travel to Fort Collins, Colorado for the Colonel Wollenberg Ptarmigan Ram Classic, hosted by Colorado State at the Ptarmigan Golf Course. The two-day tournament will begin on Tuesday, September 23. 

A trip to California awaits the Pack after the Colonel Wollenberg Ptarmigan Ram Classic, as Nevada is slated to compete at the Molly Collegiate Invitational from September 30 to October 1 at Bayonet Golf Course in Monterey, California. The event will be dual hosted by California and Oregon State.  

For the second consecutive year, the Pack will conclude the fall portion of the season in Hawaii at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational, hosted by the University of Hawaii at the Kapolei Golf Course. The three-day event is set to begin on Monday, October 21, with golfers closing out tournament play on Wednesday, October 23.  

The Pack is scheduled to kick off the spring portion of their schedule in California, as they will compete at the 2025 Alice and John Wallace Classic, hosted by Long Beach State at Monterey Country Club in Palm Desert, California. The 2025 Alice and John Wallace Classic is a three-day event, beginning on Saturday, February 15.  

Another trip to California awaits the Pack after the 2025 Alice and John Wallace Classic, with Nevada slated to head to nearby Sacramento to compete at The Causeway Invitational, hosted by UC Davis at Del Paso Country Club. The Causeway Invitational will begin on Monday, February 24 and conclude the following day. 

The Pack will commence the month of March in Fairfax, California at the Julie Inkster at Meadow Club Invitational, beginning on Monday, March 3 and finishing the following day. The two-day event will take place at Meadow Club Country Club and will be hosted by San Jose State and the University of San Francisco.  

After a three-week break, the Pack will return to California once again for the Silicon Valley Showcase, set to take place from March 24-25. The Silicon Valley Showcase will be hosted by Santa Clara at the Green Hills Country Club in Millbrae, California.  

Nevada will close out the regular season in San Francisco at the 2025 Olympic Club Invitational, hosted by the University of San Francisco at the Lake Course at the Olympic Club. The two-day event is slated to begin on Monday, March 31 and conclude on Tuesday, April 1.  

The Pack will then have a two-week break before making the trip to Palm Desert, California to compete at the 2025 Mountain West Championships. The conference tournament will once again take place at Dinah Shore Golf Course and it is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, April 15 and conclude on Thursday, April 17.
