Projected Lineup
Anna Shultse
Shultse is coming off one of the best performances of her career, as she finished tied for fourth place at the Fresno State Classic after recording a score of 216 (E). Shultse was incredibly consistent throughout the event, averaging 14.7 pars per round. The fourth-place finish was her second top-five finish of the season, and Shultse is playing her most prolific golf at an ideal time, as the Pack will close out regular season play this week ahead of the Mountain West Championships later this month.
Gabby Kano
After finishing second in the Wolf Pack lineup and tied for 19th overall at the Fresno State Classic with a 54-hole score of 220 (+4), Kano will hold the second position for Nevada at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic. Kano had a sensational final round at the event, carding a 70 (-2) to close out tournament play. Kano has had a stellar sophomore season for the Pack, competing in all seven events thus far and earning five top-20 finishes, including two top-10 finishes. Kano will aim to have another prolific outing in Nevada's final event before the Mountain West Championships.
Leah John
Despite not having her best performance at the Fresno State Classic, John has had an exceptional final season for the Pack. The fifth-year senior has won three individual titles, and she has earned a top-10 finish in four events this season. John competed at the 2022 Wyoming Cowboy Classic at Ak-Chin Southern Dunes and had a highly impressive performance, as she earned a fifth-place finish at +2 nearly two years ago.
Nikki Chindavong
Chindavong did not have her best outing at the Fresno State Classic; however, she has had a prominent freshman campaign. After participating as an individual competitor in Nevada's first tournament of the season, Chindavong has been in the Wolf Pack lineup in each of the past six events. The freshman has one top-10 finish and she has been consistent throughout the season for Nevada. Chindavong will seek to complete the regular season with a strong performance and build momentum heading into the Mountain West Championships.
Payton Lovisa
Lovisa has cemented her spot in the Nevada lineup this spring, and she has been solid for the Pack. Lovisa had her best performance of the season at The Causeway Invitational, finishing tied for 43rd at +16. Lovisa will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the Nevada lineup this week at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic.
