RENO, Nev. - Nevada Athletics has officially announced a public watch party this Sunday, March 17 for Selection Sunday, as the Nevada Men's Basketball team is expected to earn an at-large bid to participate in the 2024 NCAA Tournament.
The event is slated to take place at Lawlor Events Center, with doors scheduled to open at 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon. Admission is free and parking will also be free in the West Stadium parking garage next to the arena.
Concessions stands will be open with food and drink available for purchase, and fans can purchase 2024 March Madness gear leading up to and after the show from Silver & Blue Outfitters.
Nevada has put together one of the best seasons in program history under Head Coach Steve Alford, as the Pack will enter the 2024 NCAA Tournament with an exceptional record of 26-7. Nevada was 8-3 in true road contests this season, and the Pack set a program record by winning three games against AP ranked opponents.
