RENO, Nev. - Coming off of a big win in overtime against Santa Barbara, Nevada women's basketball will be back at home this weekend, hosting Weber State on Friday at 6:30 PM and Morgan State at 1 PM on Sunday.
The Wolf Pack and Wildcats faced off last season in a tight game that ended with Weber State on top, 57-55.
Dymonique Maxie led Nevada in that game with her then career high 12 points, which she broke against UCSB, scoring 14.
Kaylee Borden was right behind in last season's match up with 11.
Coming into this week's game, Weber State has a record of 1-3, most recently falling to Utah Tech, 81-78, on November 16. Nevada has a record of 2-2 after evening up its record with the 80-73 victory over UCSB.
Following Friday night, Nevada will then host Morgan State. This will be the first meeting between the two teams.
Like the Pack, the Bears are sitting at .500 with a record of 3-3. Their most recent game ended with a loss to UMBC, 81-72, on November 17.Â
Friday night's game will be 'Family Night' and Sunday's is 'Sundae Funday.' Tickets for both games can be purchased
here. This weekend is also Alumni Weekend, where members of previous teams will be honored on Friday and Sunday. They will also participate in practice and have lunch with the team on Saturday.
