RENO, Nev. - The Nevada Women's Golf program and Head Coach Kathleen Takaishi have unveiled their full tournament schedule for the upcoming 2023 fall season and 2024 Championship spring season. 

"We are really looking forward to building off of last season and having another successful year," said Takaishi. "We have a challenging schedule ahead of us, but I am excited for us to compete against premier competition throughout the year, as we continue to prepare for the championship portion of our schedule in the spring."

Nevada Women's Golf is coming off one of the most successful seasons in program history, and the team will look to build upon last year's tremendous accomplishments, as they return a strong core of players, in addition to bringing in multiple key newcomers. 

The Pack will kick off the 2023-24 season by making a cross-country trip to Greenville, South Carolina to compete at the 2023 Lady Paladin Invitational at the Furman University Golf Club. The 54-hole event is set to begin on Friday, September 22 and conclude on Sunday, September 24. 

Following their trip to South Carolina, Nevada will travel to Tacoma, Washington to participate in the Pat Lesser Harbottle Invitational for the second consecutive season. The event will be hosted by Seattle University at the Tacoma Country Club (Oct. 2-3). 

Nevada will then head to Las Cruces, New Mexico to compete at the New Mexico State Golf Iconic Classic from October 9-11. The Golf Iconic Classic is slated to take place at the New Mexico State Golf Course.

Nevada is set to close out the fall portion of their schedule in Oahu, Hawaii at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational, hosted by the University of Hawaii at well-renowned Kapolei Golf Course, which served as the host for the LPGA Tour's Ladies Hawaii Open from 1996-2001, as well as the PGA Champions Tour Pacific Links Championship from 2012 to 2014. The tournament will span three days, beginning on Monday, October 23 and concluding on Wednesday, October 25.

The Pack will begin the spring portion of their schedule in California, as they are slated to compete at the 2024 Beach Invitational (Feb. 5-6), hosted by Long Beach State at Old Ranch Country Club. 

A second consecutive trip to California awaits Nevada following the 2024 Beach Invitational, as they will head to Sacramento to participate in the Gunrock Invitational from February 26-27. The event will be held by UC Davis at Del Paso Country Club. 

The Pack will then travel to Las Vegas for The Show at Spanish Trail (March 4-5), hosted by UNLV and Furman at Spanish Trails Country Club. 

A third spring trip to California is next on the itinerary, as Nevada will travel to Fresno to participate in the Fresno State Classic (March 25-26) at Copper River Country Club. 

Nevada will close out the regular-season portion of their schedule the following week in Maricopa, Arizona at the 2024 Wyoming Cowgirl Classic. The tournament will take place April 4-5 at AK Chin Southern Dunes. 

The 2024 Mountain West Tournament is scheduled to take place from April 16-18 at the Dinah Shore Golf Club in Palm Desert, California. After claiming a fourth-place finish last year, the Pack will aim to bring home the program's first MW Championship title.
