RENO, Nev. - Nevada Men's Golfer Connor Motherway garnered a spot on the College Sports Communicators 2023 Academic All-District Team, as announced by the organization Tuesday afternoon.

The College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their exceptional performances both on the course and in the classroom. 

To be eligible for Academic All-District honors, an individual must hold at least a 3.50 cumulative grade average. Athletes must also have participated in at least 50 percent of their team's competitive rounds. 

Motherway wrapped up a strong career competing for the Pack this season, recording his best outing of the season at the USF Invitational where finished tied for 37th at +9 (73-72-77=222).

All Academic All-District honorees will advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, where First, Second, and Third-Team Academic All-America honorees will be announced on June 21.
