RENO, Nev. - The Nevada softball team is set to host their second annual Texas Hold'em Tournament, presented by Big Valley Honda.

"Please join us and help support Nevada Softball." says head coach Linda Garza, "An event where you can play poker, meet the team first-hand, and see the impact you can make on our program. Last year was a home run and all proceeds directly impact our softball players."

The event will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at the Basin Street Club at Mackay Stadium. The reception will begin at 5 p.m., and the cards will start to be dealt at 6 p.m. You can sign up online HERE.

The event will feature a silent auction and raffles, with all the proceeds going to the benefit of the Nevada softball team. All contributions made will be used to purchase training aids, provide team-building opportunities and aid the players and staff in the championship vision for the program. 
 

Event Details:

The poker tournament buy-in is $100 per person, which includes poker, food, spirits, and fun. Tables for 10 are also available for purchase at $1,000. Space is limited to the first 100 poker players. Anyone interested in attending the event but not playing in the tournament can purchase the option of food, spirits attendance, and fun for $50. There will be re-buys available throughout the evening, helping us grow the friendly competition.
