Peyton Callens and 
Keita Okada turned in top-20 finishes for Nevada Men's Golf as the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational wrapped up, Tuesday.
Callens shot a two-under 68 Tuesday, climbing 17 spots and finishing tied for 14th at +1 (70-73-68=211) with two rounds at even par or better.
Okada continued his solid fall in his debut season with the Pack, finishing tied for 19th at +2 (69-71-72=212), just a stroke behind Callens.
Trey Davis and 
Connor Motherway each came in at 74 (+4) for the day, with Motherway recording an eagle 3 at the par-5 No. 2, to round out Nevada's scoring rounds. The Pack shot eight-over (288) for the final round, and finished the tournament 14th, at +21 (286-287-288=861).
Michael Sarro shot a 75 on the day, rounding out the lineup. 
Tom Patterson, competing as an individual, posted his best round of the tournament, carding a 73.
Nevada returns home to host the 2022 Wolf Pack Classic next Monday-Tuesday, Oct. 10-11, at Hidden Valley Country Club.
