Sitting tied for second in the Mountain West standings, the 11-8 (3-3 MW) Nevada baseball team will hit the road to battle rival UNLV this weekend in a three-game series ... The Wolf Pack and Rebels will face off three times, at 6:05 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 1:05 p.m. on Sunday ... A live broadcast of each game will be available on the Mountain West Network ... Nevada is coming off its first MW conference series win after taking two out of three games against New Mexico ... The Wolf Pack has won four of its last six games, including a thrilling walk off victory against Saint Mary's last Tuesday ... The Wolf Pack currently leads the Mountain West with a 3.52 ERA, led by Friday starter Ryan Anderson who boasts a 1.76 ERA and 30 strikeouts this season ... Nevada has three players batting over .300 this season, led by Jaylon McLaughlin who is currently slashing .327 and .500 in conference play ... Joshua Zamora, second on the team with a .320 average, leads the team with three home runs this year ... The Rebels have five players hitting over .300, and their team batting average of .290 ranks fourth in the conference ... The Rebels' biggest threat, Bryson Stott, is batting .321 this season with a conference-leading five home runs and a 1.142 OPS ...  San Francisco is only hitting .248 as a team this season, but are led by Jack Winkler who is hitting .351 with three home runs ... Jonathan Allen is batting .310 but has already belted seven homers and 25 RBI on the year ... The Dons hold a team ERA of 4.68 ... Nevada is set for a rematch with Grand Canyon, after falling to the Lopes 3-2 on the road earlier this season ... In that game, Nevada jumped out to a 2-0 lead, but the Lopes scored a run in the third, eighth and ninth innings to walk off on Nevada ... It was only the third time that GCU has ever defeated the Wolf Pack.
