RENO, Nev. – Coming to Mackay Stadium this fall is the new Bud Light Blitz Tailgate with the Bud Light Radio Show, open exclusively to members of the Blitz, the financial support group of the Nevada football program.

Beginning with the season opener on Friday, Aug. 31 against Portland State and continuing through rest of the schedule at Mackay Stadium, the department will hold an exclusive tailgate inside Mackay Stadium, in between the south end zone seating area and the Cashell Football Center.

The tailgate is open to all Blitz members and is free of charge to enter, with discounted food and beverages inside the tailgate. There is also an all-inclusive food and beverage package available for just $35 per person, per game (must be reserved in advance), courtesy of Famous Dave's BBQ and Morrey Distributing.

The tailgate opens two hours before kickoff and closes at the start of the game. The Bud Light Radio Show, with John Ramey and Mike Edwards, will broadcast live from the Blitz Tailgate, beginning one hour before kickoff. The tailgate location is right outside Cashell Football Center and the Wolf Pack locker room.
