RENO, Nev. – Coming off a 2018 campaign that saw the second-best start in program history, head coach
Erin Otagaki has signed seven newcomers to the Wolf Pack for 2019. The third-year head coach has inked three midfielders, two goalkeepers, a defender and a forward.
"This is a great class, and I'm excited because they are all really different," said Otagaki. "They all bring their own little flair of how they are going to impact Nevada soccer, and collectively it's a pretty amazing class."
Gabby Brown – Midfielder – 5-9 – Tualatin, Ore. (Tigard HS)
A midfielder from Tualatin, Ore., Gabby Brown lettered all four years on her high school's soccer team and was named first-team Three Rivers League from 2016-18. Brown played for the F.C. Portland club team from 2009-18 and was part of the U14 Youth Women's National Team camp.
Jessica FitzWilliam – Goalkeeper – 5-6 – West Hills, Calif. (Sierra Canyon HS)
Jessica FitzWilliam lettered four years in soccer at Sierra Canyon High School and led her team to three conference championships in the Gold Coast League from 2016-18. With over 4,400 minutes played and a record of 64-5-8 in goal, FitzWilliam also holds the Sierra Canyon High School records for shutouts (50), wins (64) and goals against average (.300).
Alexis Friesen – Defender – 5-3 – Wasilla, Alaska (Wasilla HS)
Originally from Wasilla, Alaska, Alexis Friesen was named All-State and All-Conference all four years she played soccer. She also won the state championship from 2016-18, and was named the Player of the Game in the 2018 championship. Friesen was also named the Offensive Player of the Year in the Railbelt Conference from 2017-18.
Bree Fuller – Forward – 5-7 – Pearl City, Hawai'i (Pearl City HS)
After lettering three years in soccer at Pearl City High School, Bree Fuller was also named the Hawai'i Rush Player of the Year for her club team. She led her squad to a U.S. Club Soccer National Championship in 2016, and earned first-team Hawai'i High School Athletic Association State All-Star in 2015 and 2018.
Lesly Gonzalez – Midfielder – 5-5 – Bellflower, Calif. (Warren HS)
Originally from Warren High School, Lesly Gonzalez led her team to a San Gabriel Valley League championship all four years she lettered. She was named first-team All-League all four years, and named to the Press Telegram Dream Team from 2017-18.
Lizzy Hairston – Midfielder – 5-8 – Portland, Ore. (Grant HS)
From Portland, Ore. and sister of current Wolf Pack soccer player
Mady Hairston, Lizzy lettered three years at Grant High School while playing on three different club teams: Thusc, Crossfire United and F.C. Portland. Lizzy's most memorable moment playing in high school was scoring the game-winning goal in a state playoff game and advancing to the quarterfinals.
Hannah Roberts – Goalkeeper – 5-5 – Auburn, Wash. (Kentwood HS)
Hannah Roberts lettered all four years at Kentwood High School while being named to the All-North Puget Sound League first-team in 2016. Originally from Auburn, Wash., she was part of the Pacific NW Soccer Club and named a team captain in 2017.
The incoming recruiting class will join a successful 2018 freshmen group that put up eight goals and five assists last season. From the 2017 recruiting class,

Kendal Stovall were named to the All-Mountain West Newcomer Team after their freshman seasons.
