RENO, Nev. – Nevada (4-10-2, 1-7 MW) will hit the road this weekend to go face Wyoming (9-3-4, 4-2-2 MW) on Friday at 2 p.m. PT and Colorado State (5-7-4, 2-4-2 MW) at 11 a.m. PT on Sunday. Both Mountain West matchups will be live streamed at
NevadaWolfPack.tv.
This will be Nevada's final roadtrip of the regular season. Its season finale will take place at home on Oct. 26 against intrastate rival UNLV.
Wyoming enters Friday with nine wins on the season, including going 2-0-2 against conference opponents the past two weeks. The Cowgirls have not lost at home this season, boasting a 3-0-3 record.
With 24 goals on the season, Wyoming is scoring on average 1.5 times per match in 2018. The Cowgirls are allowing 1.12 goals against per match, but have posted six shutouts this year.
The Rams enter the weekend with a 2-4-2 conference record and is 4-3-2 at home on the season. CSU is losers of its last two contests and needs two victories to stay in the MW race.
Colorado State has only scored nine goals on the season compared to Nevada's 13. The Rams, however have only surrendered .95 goals against them per game.
With a goal last week,
Payton Lieb now leads the Wolf Pack with four. Ten different players have scored for Nevada this season.
