Kendall Stephens has been selected as the Bradley, Drendel & Jeanney Athlete of the Week after helping the Wolf Pack to a pair of Mountain West victories.
In two games, the St. Charles, Ill. native averaged 18.5 points and two rebounds in 31.5 minutes per game.
In the win over Wyoming Stephens scored 16 points and made 5-of-8 shots, 4-of-6 were 3-pointers.
At Air Force he made a career-high seven 3-pointers which is tied for the high in the MW this season. In MW play the seven made 3-pointers is the high in the conference. He finished with a season-high 21 points against the Falcons.
On the season has started all 18 games for the 15-3 Wolf Pack. He is averaging 12.2 points playing 24.6 minutes per contest. One of the top 3-point shooters in the MW he is third making 46.1 percent of his attempts and is first making 3.3 per game. In conference play his 4.8 made 3-pointers per game leads the MW.
