Essence Booker, a sophomore for the Wolf Pack women’s basketball team, has been selected as the December Nevada Student-Athlete of the Month. The Las Vegas native is majoring in Community Health Science, Public Health and has a cumulative GPA of 3.33. Booker intends to double major in Sociology and has plans to attend medical school and become a pediatric neurologist in the future.
