Peter O’Donovan, a senior on the Nevada men’s tennis team, has been named the Nevada Student-Athlete of the Month for December. The native of Manchester, England helped the team dominate in doubles play this fall, contributing to an overall team record of 26-14 and won the Doubles A bracket at the UC Davis Aggie Invitational. O’Donovan has been an influential member of the Nevada Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, currently serving as the ASUN liaison. The senior also excels in the classroom, holding a 3.576 GPA as a double major in Accounting and Finance. After graduation, O’Donovan has plans to work for a Fortune 500 Company in the Bay Area.
