David Morken posted his second Giant Slalom top-10 finish in as many days Monday, while
Sophia Falter took ninth to pace the Nevada women in the RMISA Alpine Qualifier.
Morken put himself into the top 10 with his first run, clocking 1:02.50 to sit ninth. His second run came in at 1:06.50 for a combined time of 2:08.70, holding on to 10th place.
Tommaso Speri (2:09.34) and
Pietro Bisello (2:09.44) finished 18th and 19th, respectively, to round out top-20 finishes for the Wolf Pack men.
Falter found herself just outside the top 10 after her first run, but a second run put her combined time at 2:10.86 and climbed two spots to ninth.
Zali Sutton was also in the top 20, finishing 17th with a time of 2:11.56.
Nevada returns to the mountain at Utah Olympic Park Tuesday, closing the Utah Invitational with the slalom races.
