LOGAN, Utah - Nevada dropped battle on the road against Utah State, 62-71, on Wednesday night.
Elijah Price led the offense with a double-double (13 points and 11 rebounds).
Corey Camper Jr. (14) and
Tayshawn Comer (11) also made their impact with double digits in points.
As a team, the Pack finished the game shooting 34 percent from the field, 44 percent from three, and 77 percent from the line.
Kaleb Lowery, Price and Camper Jr. tallied two steals each to lead the defense.
First Half:
After the Aggies start the opening half with a 5-point lead, the Pack cut the deficit to one point to get back in the game.
Corey Camper Jr.'s three-pointer put the Pack in the lead, but the Aggies were fast to respond.
Nevada kept battling, but a 6-point run by Utah State closed the half with a 29-23 lead.
Second Half:
The Pack came out strong in the second half with a 11-0 run to tie the game.
The game was kept point-by-point until the 10 minute mark, where the Aggies took control of the game.
Utah State got their biggest lead of the game (11) and closed the game 62-71.
