Biography
SOPHOMORE (24-25): As a sophomore in 2024–25, Weems took a major leap, starting all 29 games and becoming a dominant offensive force. He averaged 26.7 points per game, improved his free-throw percentage to 78.4 percent, and added a consistent three-point shot, hitting nearly 36% from beyond the arc. His playing time increased significantly to over 35 minutes per game, and he proved to be one of the most efficient scorers in the country, finishing with a two-year scoring average of 20.7 points per game.
FRESHMAN (23-24): In the 2023–24 season, Weems averaged 14.4 points per game while shooting an efficient 62.7 percent from the field, contributing 23 minutes per game across 28 contests. He immediately impacted as a freshman, showcasing strong finishing ability and a promising all-around game.
HIGH SCHOOL
Weems was one of the top high school players in Washington. In his senior season (2022–23) at Federal Way High School, he averaged a double-double with 17.6 points and 10 rebounds per game, earning Class 4A North Puget Sound League MVP honors for the second straight year. He led Federal Way to an undefeated league championshipand a third-place finish in the 4A state tournament at the Tacoma Dome, cementing his place among the state's elite prep talents.
