RENO, Nev. - A busy week of competition is on tap for Nevada's fall squads. Women's Soccer and Women's Volleyball continue their Mountain West campaigns, both hosting events at home, while Football opens its conference slate with a Saturday night kickoff at Fresno State.
Men's and Women's Tennis continue on the path towards the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships, traveling to Las Vegas for the Mountain West Fall Qualifers Thursday-Monday. The competitions will feature automatic bids to the 2025 ITA Conference Masters Championships, which will be held from November 6-9, 2025 at the Barnes Tennis Center in San Diego.
Women's Swimming & Diving opens its 2025-26 campaign Saturday, hosting Cal State East Bay at 10 a.m. at Lombardi Recreation Center.
Men's and Women's Cross Country hit the midway point of their campaigns, traveling to Salem, Oregon, for the Willamette Invitational on Saturday.

Representing the Wolf Pack at the event will be Rayen Hermassi, Axel Huysmans, Max Contet, and Rémy Trégourès in the singles bracket beginning Friday morning, and the tandems of Hermassi and Huysmans along with Trégourès and Nicolas Recoura beginning doubles play Thursday.

 The Nevada Women's Soccer team returns to Mackay Stadium on Thursday, October 2, for a battle against Grand Canyon University (GCU). This marks the first-ever meeting between the Wolf Pack and the Lopes since GCU joined the Mountain West Conference earlier this year.
Kickoff is set for 7:00 p.m. PT, and fans can expect a high-energy clash as Nevada looks to capitalize on home turf momentum. Following Thursday's home fixture, Nevada hits the road for a Sunday showdown in Laramie, taking on Wyoming on October 5 at 12:00 p.m. PT. The Pack will look to carry confidence into the high-altitude battle as Mountain West play heats up.
SWIMMING AND DIVINGÂ
Nevada Swimming & Diving is diving into the 2025–26 season with a splash as the Wolf Pack hosts Cal State East Bay for its first home meet of the year on Saturday, October 4 at 10:00 a.m. PT. The event, dubbed "Reno PACKs The Pool," promises a full day of competition, fan engagement, and family-friendly fun at Lombardi Pool.
Festivities kick off at 9:00 a.m. PT with a pre-meet tailgate open to all fans. Attendees can enjoy music, refreshments, and exclusive autograph and photo opportunities with Nevada student-athletes before the action begins.
Following the meet, Nevada Swimming & Diving will host a free swim lesson clinic, welcoming young fans to learn from Pack athletes and coaches. The day wraps up with a kid-friendly shoot-out competition, giving future swimmers a chance to show off their skills.

The Nevada Cross Country programs are back in action this week in Salem, Oregon for the Willamette Invitational hosted by Willamette University. The race will take place at Bush's Pasture Park.
