Baton Rouge, La. - Annalies Kalma was the sole competitor for the Wolf Pack Track and Field team at the LSU Alumni Gold Saturday.
Kalma was up against hot competition in the 400m event, her competitors were a mix of professional athletes and top NCAA runners. Kalma ran the 8th best time, setting a new PR and Nevada school record of 52.71. Kalma broke a two year old record, formerly belonging to Emily Costello.
Kalma's time is now #17 in the NCAA West Region and #41 in the NCAA overall for the 400m.
The Pack will be back in action next week at the Fresno State Invite in Clovis, Calif.
