El Macero, Calif - Nevada completed 18 holes today for round one of the El Macero Classic hosted by UC Davis. Nevada had a round one total of 296 (+8) to sit in 8th. 

The best round of the day for the Wolf Pack came from Liam Gobin, with the Senior posting a one under-par 71. Gobin's round included a hot five birdies offset by four bogies to place him in 14th. He will look for a slightly cleaner card tomorrow to climb further up the leaderboard.

Next best for the Pack was Ben Ortwein, who posted a one over-par 73 that included an eagle and a birdie, offset by two bogies and a double. Ortwein sits in a tie for 32nd, and will look for a cleaner card also tomorrow. 

The final two counting scores came from Supakit (Oak) Seelanagae and Aaron Leach, posting a two over-par 74 and six over-par 78 respectively. Seelanagae's round included three birdies offset by five bogies, whilst Leach's round included two birdies offset by six bogies and a double. The pair sit in a tie for 42nd and 73rd respectively. 

Rounding out the Pack was Jonathan Kim, who struggles on the day, carding a nine over-par 81 to sit in a tie for 87th. 

The Pack will be back in action tomorrow for round two of the El Macero Classic and will look to leap up the leaderboard.
