RENO, Nev. - Nevada women's basketball looks to even out the season series with San Diego State as they head out on the road to take on the Aztecs on Wednesday.
The two teams met earlier in the season on January 8 in Reno, the Pack falling with a final score of 82-61. In that meeting,
Lexie Givens ended the night leading the Pack in scoring with 17, shooting 50% from both the paint and beyond the arc.
Audrey Roden recorded 15 and shot 66% from the field and 60% from three.
Imbie Jones led both teams in rebounding with seven.
For SDSU, Adryana Quezada had 20 points to go along with five rebounds. Veronica Sheffey recorded 18 points and also grabbed five boards.
Heading into this week's match up, Nevada is coming off of a loss to UNLV on Saturday, 64-50. Givens led that game with 12 points, followed by
Dymonique Maxie with 11. She also led in rebounds with five.Â
San Diego State is entering the game coming off of a win over Utah State, 78-63. Kim Villalobos had a double-double with 13 rebounds and 16 points. Naomi Panganiban had 15 points, while Erin Houpt recorded 12.Â
