RENO, Nev. -Â Nevada Skiing's third season since its reinstatement gets out of the gate Monday as the Wolf Pack is in action at the RMISA Alpine Qualifiers and the Denver Invitational from Jan. 6-8.
Action begins with Monday's slalom events as part of the RMISA Alpine Qualifiers at Loveland Ski Center in Dillon, Colo. Slalom races continue Tuesday at Loveland on Day 1 of the Denver Invitational, with Giant Slalom set for Wednesday at Copper Mountain Ski Resort in Frisco, Colo.
Head coach Cameron Smith begins his second season at the Nevada helm in 2025, after the Wolf Pack finished tied for 19th at last year's NCAA Championships. His squad returns 12 skiers from a season ago. Newcomers to the Wolf Pack include freshman
Matilde Vianello (Rovereto, Italy) on the women's side, and, on the men's side, a pair of Reno-Tahoe natives in freshman
David Morken (Truckee, Calif.) and Colorado Mountain College transfer and Olympic Valley native
Isaac Mozen.

Following four regular-season meets, the Wolf Pack will participate in the RMISA Championships in Girdwood, Alaska, from Feb. 20-22. The 2025 NCAA Championships are scheduled for March 5-8 at Dartmouth Cross Country Ski Center (Oak Hill) in Hanover, N.H.
