Sammamish, Wash. - Nevada Men's Golf had a tough 36-hole day at the season-opening The Tindall, finishing the day in 13th on the team leaderboard.

The Wolf Pack sat in 14th in the 14-team field after a first-round team score of 296. The Pack fought back in the second round, with a great bounceback 68 from Supakit (Oak) Seelanagae. Nevada posted a 289 to jump into 13th at +17 (296-289=585). 

Individually, the leaders of the Wolf Pack were Ben Ortwein and Supakit (Oak) Seelanagae finishing at -1 and +1 respectively. Ortwein posted rounds of 72 and 69 to sit tied for 23rd, while, Seelanagae posted a 75 and 68 to sit tied for 31st. In a tie for 44th at +2 was Aaron Leach, who played steady golf with nine birdies on the day, shooting 69 and 75. 

Next best for the Wolf Pack was Jonathan Kim who shot an afternoon 77, improving his first-round score by two strokes. Rounding out the lineup was Liam Gobin who posted +15 (80-78=158).

The Pack are back tomorrow for Tuesday's final round.
