RENO, Nev. - Nevada football, volleyball, men's and women's cross country, and soccer all compete on its home territory this week in a busy lineup of events. Tickets for these events can be purchased through MyNevadaTickets.com.
Soccer
Nevada soccer wraps up the non-conference portion of its schedule with a pair of home matches Thursday (vs. Northern Colorado) and Sunday (vs. Eastern Washington) at Mackay Stadium. Tickets for each match start at just $7 online and are available for purchase on-site starting at $10.
Junior
Emily Rich scored her first goal of the season in the Pack's last match at LMU Sept. 7, moving into the top 10 in program history in career goals (9) and career points (26). Sophomores
Serene Gronauer and
Sydnie Fong, Nevada's two Division I transfers to join the Pack this season, collected their first career assists in that same match.
Thursday's match will be Beat the Heat/Faculty Appreciation Night, where the first 50 faculty members/teachers will receive a free Nevada t-shirt with a school ID. Sunday's match is Blue Out/Vamos Pack, celebrating LatinX heritage throughout the match with music, towel giveaways and more.

VOLLEYBALL
Nevada volleyball returns home after a nine-match road slate, hosting the Wolf Pack Invitational Thursday-Saturday, Sept. 14-16 at Virginia Street Gym. The Pack will open their first match on Thursday evening at 6 p.m. taking on Montana State. The first 75 students will receive a Wolf Pack Paw, courtesy of DoughBoys Donuts. Friday, Sept. 15 Montana State and California will battle in a neutral site match at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, the Pack will wrap the Wolf Pack Invitational with its final match of the weekend against California at 1 p.m. Single game tickets can be purchased starting at $7.

CROSS COUNTRY
Nevada men's and women's cross country will host the Mountain Regional Preview Monday, Sept. 18, beginning at 8 a.m., at Washoe County Golf Course. The meet is free and open to the public. This meet will serve as the test run for when the Wolf Pack hosts the NCAA Mountain Regional Championship in November 2024, the first time Nevada will host a nationally sanctioned event for the first time in school and program history. Mountain West opponents Utah State and Hawaii will be competing against the Wolf Pack. The women will be competing in the 6K, starting promptly at 8 a.m., while the men will be racing in the 10K, beginning at 8:45 a.m. For any other meet information, contact head coach

MEN'S GOLF
The Nevada men's golf team will head to Bremerton, Washington to compete at the Husky Invitational, hosted by Washington. The two-day, 54-hole event will begin on Monday, Sept. 18 and conclude the following day. Nevada began the season in strong fashion in their season-opening tournament less than two weeks ago, taking ninth-place in a loaded field of teams at the Marquette Intercollegiate. Newcomer Supakit (Oak) Seelanagae led the way individually for the Pack, finishing tied for 22nd at +7.
Nevada will once again compete against an exceptional field at the Husky Invitational, as over the half of the 15 team-field hails from a power 5 conferences. Nevada turned in their best round of the Marquette Intercollegiate over the final 18 holes, completing the round at -3, as they will aim to maintain that level of play and compete for the tournament title.
