RENO, Nev. - Nevada women's basketball takes on San Diego State on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in Pink Night/Cancer Awareness at Lawlor Events Center.Â
Larry Burnett will have the call on 630 AM KPLYÂ with a 20 minute pregame show prior to tipoff. Fans can also listen live online through the Varsity Network. The game will be available to watch on Nevada Sports Net and live stats can be accessed through Sidearm.Â
Fans are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance online for Thursday's game, with tickets starting at just $10 online. Tickets will be available for purchase on site for $13 for adults and $8 for youth. In addition to the usual home game activities, Thursday's game will promote Cancer Awareness and fans are encouraged to wear pink for the occasion.Â
Nevada women's basketball is coming off a road win against Utah State 68-63 on Saturday. Sophomore guard
Audrey Roden led Nevada with 17 points and a career-high 13 rebounds for her first double-double of the season. Junior guard
Victoria Davis tallied 18 points while sophomore forward
Hannah Hartley played a career-high 18 minutes to go with her first two points of the season and a career-high three rebounds.
The Pack has multiple players who passed the 500 career point mark.
Lexie Givens passed the 500 career point mark on Jan. 21 against Fresno State. Roden eclipsed the 500 career point mark on Feb. 2 against Boise State. She is just the the third sophomore under head coach
Amanda Levens to score 500 points at Nevada by their sophomore year.
Alyssa Jimenez and
Megan Ormiston also surpassed the 500 career point mark earlier this season.Â
Ormiston averaged 7.9 points per game and 5.4 rebounds per game in her first year at Nevada before an injury ended her season last year. Ormiston has stepped into a larger role this season, being one of three players to post multiple double-doubles and scored 26 points in a game twice this year. She is in Nevada's Speech Pathology and Audiology graduate program, being one of 40 students selected.Â
SCOUTING SAN DIEGO STATEÂ
After defeating Nevada 80-70 on Jan. 5 in San Diego earlier this year, San Diego State is continuing to fight for top position in the Mountain West standings. Winning four out of their last five games in January, the Aztecs are looking to snap a two-game losing streak.Â
Sophia Ramos and Asia Avinger lead the Aztecs with 11.8 points per game. Mercedes Staples adds an offensive spark, scoring 10.9 points per game in 18 games. Scoring 66.7 points per game, San Diego State has outscored its opponents by an average of 10.2 points.Â

Nevada women's basketball will be one of 11 teams competing for the Mountain West's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. First round action for the women's tournament begins March 5 and the championship game takes place on March 8.Â
All-session, general-admission passes to the women's tournament (10 games) are available starting at just $80 and can be purchased HERE. Seat location will be determined closer to the tournament, and will be based on Blue Points within Nevada's Priority Point System.Â
