GIRDWOOD, Alaska – Nevada men's ski highlighted the final competition day of the Alaska Anchorage Invitational,
Jeger Halbjoerhus and Andreas Smith finishing in the top-15 in the men's slalom, Thursday afternoon.

Halbjoerhus recorded an overall time of 1:28.77, his second run effort (45.47) marked him fifth fastest in the field. Smith finished two spots behind Halbjoerhus, in 15
th place with a 1:28.93. Both his first (42.77) and second (46.16) runs were ranked top-20 in the field, his first, 17
th fastest and the second 14
th fastest.

Sixtine Piccard and
Honor Clissold earned top 30 finishes for the Pack women in slalom. Piccard finished in 23
rd with an overall time of 1:34.09, while Clissold finished 25
th in 1:38.32.
Elle Murphy finished just outside the top-30, earning 33
rd with an overall time of 1:46.74.

The team finished in eighth place, with 149 points.

The Pack wrap their four-day competition slate Friday, competing in the slalom at the RMISA Championships.

The women's slalom first run starts at 11:50 a.m. PST, while the men's first run is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. PST.
