COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho -- Nevada women's golf is tied for 7th at 18-over after round one at the Coeur d'Alene Collegiate Invitational hosted by Gonzaga University.
Hawaii leads with a six-over first round and three strokes ahead of Oral Roberts and hosts Gonzaga University tied for second at nine-over. Seattle sits alone in third place at 10 over. Santa Clara and Sacramento State are tied for 5th at 13-over. Nevada, Florida International, and Creighton make up a three-way tie for 7th.

Victoria Gailey paces the Pack during its opening tournament of the 2021-22 season with a one-over 72 round one to tie for 6th place after 18 holes. Gailey sits just two shots back of first place Rivekka Jumagulova (-1) from Seattle.
Leah John (Jr.) posted a five-over 76 to close the first round of play tied for 34th. John sank three birdies over 18 holes today.
